A couple of nights ago, the CowSkee clan took myself and Evelyn beneath our shack, down through the basement and then deep into the Under-Earth of Shanahan.
The world below is captivating. It’s filled with hollow black ditches, long and perilous tunnels, beautiful amethyst crystals – big, small and wide – everywhere.
There are even cave worms on the roof that poop blue glowing stuff. The Cowskee’s scoop it up and fill jars with it to make lava lamps.
And apparently, if you journey far enough down, you can find the old passageways to the other worlds. Evelyn says that if the Communion doesn’t show up sometime soon, then her and myself, are to travel by the passageways to another world.
I reckon we should go to Ezarco, because the Communion did promise to pick up the forgotten passengers from their last visit, but that’s still not expected until another six moon-cycles away, but who knows how long it will take us to travel there anyway.
