A COLORED CARD
PAINTED/AUTHORED BY ZAKKY MC
The Hermit Heirophant Card, is Zakky MC’s adaption of The Hermit (original) Tarot Card. As you can see by the many different edits of the images, the Coloured Card has been tossed around the promotional department for many different versions of my books (that are all the same damn story.)
The story incorporated from my book – The Wood Witch’s Book Of Shadows – surrounding this “colored card” is best described from the following text:
It’s ThunderDay Night, Barte’s not back, and neither is the Communion. I’m growing worried, but Evelyn believes they’ll be back. Pumbic tells me that I shouldn’t have such silly thoughts of worry.
Apparently Barte wants nothing more than to rest and relax at home. Pumbic reckons Barte’s the biggest hermit I’ll ever meet. I don’t believe it. In Dobbingson and Ezarco, he’s always out at the tavern or what Gweyne and Buckly call the brothel, whatever that is. It’s only in Shanahan that I’ve known him to never leave the house, and I’m pretty sure that’s because the folk here don’t like him.
He could be a hermit, or he could not. But I personally don’t believe he’s very popular. Gweyne once told me that Barte’s own people disliked him because of his position in politics, purely because he’s a scare crow and the Heirophant to their world – which is a big no no.The Wood Witch’s Book Of Shadows, Diary Entry 33
