The Willow’s Wand Card, is Forest’s adaption of the Ace Of Wand (original) Tarot Card. As you can see by the many different edits of the images, the Coloured Card has been tossed around the promotional department for many different versions of my books (that are all the same damn story.)

The story incorporated from my book – The Canvas Curse – surrounding this “colored card” is best described from the following text:

We were soon at the great tree they respected; The Holy Scorpion Tree. It’s coffee coloured and engraved with scorpion drawings and names of the great (Or so Wysteria believes,) Her name is there too, not far from my mothers; Busbernith Bee. The trees branches are even shaped like scorpion tails!
“Make it quick,’Little Bee’.”
“Isn’t the Holy Scorpion Tree filled with venomous poison.” Buckly asked concerned.
“If so it is not fit for a child to use.” Gweyne explained.
“She will pluck a branch from the tree and she will do so bravely, no scorpion poison can truly harm the witch of scorpion birth. Her blood is the anti-venom.”
I had an entire audience of Dragon Folk and Scorpion People watching me. This ritual must be highly important. I broke of the closest branch easily; the tree seems oddly weak for its praise, but oh well. My wand is a peculiar one I will admit, I’m not that sure why I picked it. Its two branches who have weaved together all the way to the top until someone else must have snapped off the top half. At the top of the two sticks weaved/ glued together, it con-vexes out and back in, leaving a small hole for something like a small luck charm or stone. “Now use your new wand, Wood Witch, and carve your name into the tree, your proper name.” And so I reached forward. “No, Wood Witch. Not by scraping it in, with magic.” Wysteria corrected me.
Oh. “I don’t know how to use magic.” I told her.
“Then, learn. Wands make it easier, direct your magic and zap your name into the tree.”
I was amazed, I was actually able to do it. The crowd of dragon folk and the audience of scorpion people gave a loud and precious cheer for me that seemed to erupt louder than the volcano spitting fire in the background, I get way too much praise than what’s good for me.
